Honey Chamomile Tea Latte



Indulge in the soothing flavors of chamomile tea and the sweetness of honey in this comforting chamomile tea latte. Add a shot of espresso for an extra boost of energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of espresso optional
  • Whipped cream for garnish optional

Instructions:

Boil water and steep the chamomile tea bag for 5 minutes

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until hot but not boiling

Remove the chamomile tea bag from the water and add the hot milk to it

Stir in honey and vanilla extract

If desired, add a shot of espresso for a caffeine kick

Pour the latte into a mug and top with whipped cream, if using

Serve hot and enjoy!
