Easy Parmesan Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes - This Lil Piglet



This easy Parmesan chicken with cherry tomatoes recipe is a flavorful and colorful dish that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The combination of grated Parmesan cheese, juicy cherry tomatoes, and aromatic herbs creates a delightful flavor profile that will please your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts, and then cover them with grated Parmesan cheese

Put chicken breasts and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish

Add olive oil to the chicken and tomatoes

On top of the chicken and tomatoes, sprinkle dried basil, oregano, thyme, and minced garlic

Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the tomatoes are soft

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
