Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries



These air fryer sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They make a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fries, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add the sweet potato fries to a bowl and mix in the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Make sure the fries are covered all over

Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Spread the seasoned sweet potato fries out in a single layer in the air fryer basket

Make sure they don't touch each other

Shake the basket every 15 to 20 minutes while it's cooking for 15-20 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy

Enjoy while hot!
