Peanut Butter Cup Blondie Brownies



These peanut butter cup blondie brownies are a delightful twist on the classic brownie, combining the richness of peanut butter with the sweetness of chocolate for a truly indulgent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted butter, and brown sugar until smooth

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined

Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares
