Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together grated sweet potatoes, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat
