Oven-Baked Classic Chicken Fingers



A healthier twist on the classic finger food, these oven-baked chicken fingers are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick and easy meal or snack. They're great for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Dip each chicken strip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture

Place coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden brown

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
