Crispy Shredded Sprouts, Short Rib, and Caramelized Shallot Pizza

This pizza with short rib, crispy shredded sprouts, and caramelized shallots is a tasty change from regular pizza. When you mix tender short rib, sweet caramelized shallots, and crunchy Brussels sprouts, you get a unique and savory flavor. Great for pizza fans who want to try something new.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded short rib meat
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced and caramelized
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional, for added heat
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 475F 245C and put a pizza stone or an upside-down baking sheet in it to heat up

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want

Put the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper so it's easy to move to a baking sheet or hot oven stone

Spread the olive oil out over the pizza dough, making sure to leave a little space around the edges for the crust

Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese out evenly on top of the dough that has been oiled

Spread the cooked short rib meat, caramelized shallots, and shredded Brussels sprouts out evenly on top of the cheese

Place the grated Parmesan cheese on top

If you want, you can add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Carefully move the pizza from the parchment paper to the oven stone or baking sheet that has already been heated

Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly and a little browned

Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute

Then, add fresh basil leaves on top

Cut it up and serve it hot

Have fun!
