Clean Citrus Grilled Chicken



Lemon and orange give this Clean Citrus Grilled Chicken a lot of fresh flavor. It's a light and healthy dish that's great for clean eating.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

Instructions:

Put garlic that has been minced, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, orange zest, and orange juice in a bowl

Put chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them

Close the bag and rub the chicken with the marinade

Put the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Cook the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's done and the juices run clear

Enjoy while hot!
