Best Marinated Lamb Kebabs



These lamb kebabs marinated in a sauce are full of flavor and taste great when cooked on a grill. There is a wonderful flavor to the lamb from the spices, lemon juice, and garlic in the marinade. These kebabs will be a hit whether you're making them for a family dinner or a garden party.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

Salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a large bowl

To make the marinade, mix it well

Toss the cubed lamb in the marinade to coat it

Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put the lamb cubes that have been marinated on the wet wooden skewers, making sure there is some space between each one

Put the lamb kebabs on a grill that has already been heated up

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, or until the lamb is done the way you like it and the outside has a nice char

Before you serve the kebabs, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
