Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
Salt, pepper, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a large bowl
To make the marinade, mix it well
Toss the cubed lamb in the marinade to coat it
Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put the lamb cubes that have been marinated on the wet wooden skewers, making sure there is some space between each one
Put the lamb kebabs on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, or until the lamb is done the way you like it and the outside has a nice char
Before you serve the kebabs, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
Put the Best Marinated Lamb Kebabs on the table with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
