Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo



Try a rich and creamy seafood fettuccine Alfredo. To make it, toss tender fettuccine pasta with a rich Alfredo sauce that has shrimp, scallops, and crab meat in it. This dish is great for special events or whenever you want a fancy but comforting pasta dish.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb assorted seafood shrimp, scallops, crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add assorted seafood to the skillet and cook until just opaque, about 2-3 minutes

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and seafood

Cook for an additional minute until heated through

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving
